I want to sell my HDB at jurong , I still have loan , so any problems to sell ?

Hi,
As long as the 5 year MOP period is met, and that the sale price can cover the loan amount, no issues can proceed with the sale. I happen to be marketing another unit at 674B Jurong West as well.
