Under current ruling, you are allowed to DIY your sales.
People usually DIY on things that are simple and have lesser implication. Hence it does matter even when it fails, just another learning curve.
What you are doing now have huge implication when you miss out on the necessary procedure, where your buyers have all rights to bring legal action upon.
Doing DIY sales, you can get the required information from your lawyers or ask those who have similar experience. I believe you have your case for not trusting salesperson to handle your case, why then ask advice from salesperson?
