i want to sell my 5 rm flat but i took 40k grant with my wife when we purchase the resale flat at woodland dr 50. currently now we on the verge of divorce because she cant get along with my mother. my mom is staying together with us.in order to save my marriage, is there any way we could sell the flat earlier. we bought the flat at 2006 n can only sell it at 2011 feb
