I want to sell my 3 room HDB to my Sister , what are the procedures involved and do I have to engage and agent and pay agent fee?

Hi, in your case since you already have a ready buyer who is your sister. Then you may engage an agent to assist in completing the paperwork and just pay a service fee will do instead of normal agent commission. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
