Selling HDB procedures are as follow:
(1) Understand and aware of pros and cons of the reason to sell
(2) Have plan for the next move, to buy or rent or stay with family.
(3) Eligible to sell
(4) How much sales proceed possible to receive?
(5) Confirmed to proceed. Read up the sales process to sell under hdb.gov.sg
(6) Do a "Intent to sell" on hdb.gov.sg
(7) Market the flat
(8) Sign OTP upon receive ideal offer.
(9) Submit resale application via hdb.gov.sg
(10) Endorse submitted document
(11) Wait to receive approval from HDB and notification of completion date.
(12) Follow HDB instructions to make any payment that are applicable.
(13) Attend HDB completion appointment to handover keys and collect cheque if applicable.

Alternative, engage a real estate agent to assist you to do all the above.
