Hi Vince,

Valuation could be in the range of $545k +/- while COV around $10k +/-.

But pricing is still depends on the condition, facing and other factors of the unit.

Standard comm for HDB sale: 2% plus GST.

Hi Vince,

I would estimate your HDB valuation in the range of 540k to 570k. COV can range from 10k to 40k depending on market conditions and unique selling points of your unit. You will need do a HDB valuation report before you can sell your HDB.

Commission varies from agent and depends on negotiation between the seller and agent. Market practice is 2% for property below 1 mil in value but some agents are willing to deal at 1% if no co-broke agents are involved.
