I want to purchase 3 or 4rm flat, somewhere in the east, Hdb had quoted me as 2nd buyer together with my son, I have taken 2nd concession hdb loan b4 but without my son earlier, can I appeal for the 3rd one.. since my son, juz add now as an occupier?

Afternoon,

All Singaporean a only eligible for 2 HDB concession loan. Even though you may add your son, who is first time buying HDB unit, the co-applicant will also be taken into consideration. If you do appeal to get another HDB loan, it would likely be market rate loan and subjected to approval, based on case by case basis.
