i want to know whether the price of HDB will be increased in the future if i purchase now(after govt implementing so many rules and regualations). i want to know whether the growth will be good or moderate.

Dear buyer,

HDB is not a property to be used as investment as it is public housing that is meant to be affordable for the main population here, however, I am also pretty confident that the government will do their best to protect the assets of their citizens in now allowing the value of public housing to crash.
