I want to know i buying my third house how much stamp duty i will need to pay ?

Dear sir/madam,
Are you an owner of 2 existing properties now? Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty payable is as follows if you are:
Singapore Citizens - 15%
Singapore PR - 15%
Foreigners - 20%
Entity - 25%
Do take note that normal buyer's stamp duty is also applicable where it is 3% - $5,400 for properties priced or valued below $1m and 4% - $15,400 for properties priced or valued above $1m.
