i want to buy a ec now. but i have a existing hdb that has 3 years left before i can sell. (hdb 5 years rule) can i buy a ec now, and sell my hdb once my ec top in 3 years time? is there a way to do it?

is your hdb from the resale market or direct from hdb? That will determine if you are eligible for new ecs.

Dont miss upcoming new punggol, woodlands, fernvale and upper serangoon ec!( i have details on my hand)
