I want to buy a 5 room flat at telok blangah Drive or Heights. I have just sold my 5 room flat and I am a second time buyer from HDB. So If I buy this one then it will be a 3rd buy. My question is that will I be able to afford a 5 room flat and is it advisable to do so or should I settle for a 4 room instead?
Would appreciate your advice. Thank you.
