I want to buy a 2nd resale flat and living with parent. Can i claim the $30k proximity grant? I have only claimed 1st timer grant on my current resale flat.

Hi,
Yes you can apply for proximity housing grant. If its purchasing with parents, their names must be added into the purchase application. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Yes, you may apply for proximity grant. There are no clauses stated how many times can a person apply for proximity grant.
The only condition stated is to stay near to parent within 4 km or staying with them.
However, do note the following before you do your planning:
Under Public scheme:
1) If you form a family nucleus and stay within 4 km, you will be eligible for $20k proximity grant.
2) If you form a family nucleus and stay "with" your parent, then eligible for $30k proximity grant.
3) Your parent has to be listed as occupier in your new flat. They are to dispose off their current flat if applicable.
Under Single scheme:
1) If you are single, and intend to stay within 4 km, then you are only eligible for $10k proximity grant.
2) If you are single, you have to stay "with" your parent, i.e. their name must list as occupier in your flat to be eligible for $15k proximity grant.
3) Your parent once listed as occupier in your flat, they are to dispose off their current flat if applicable.
