I want to add my spouse as Co-Owner to my HDB flat. & use her CPF amount to close my House loan. Currently my loan under DBS bank
HDB officer said, I need to get clearance letter from DBS Bank.
I expounded my concern to the DBS bank officer; she said that the bank will not issue any clearance letter to add my spouse as Co-owner.
Eventually, I do not know what the procedure is to add a co-owner. kindly provide guidance on how to close this issue.

Adding of spouse as co-owner to HDB should be straightforward and do not require bank clearance. This is from my understanding. They are 2 separate matters to add owner and also to use the new owner's CPF funds to pay the housing loan. Read More

    Since your answer to question that there is no need to require bank clearance to add my spouse name to make payment of the housing loan, what shall I do . Can you kindly advice me cause I'm very urgently to add my spouse as owner to save my flat.
