You will still be considered 2nd timer. Just that if you have already paid for the resale levy before, then you need not pay resale levy when you purchase the new flat.

Hi, appreciate your sharing. You only require to pay resale levy if only you going to purchase new BTO. Every Singapore only able to attain 2 HDB loan or apply BTO 2 times, any special case subject to HDB appeal.

Hi, yes, if u took a resale grant for your first HDB purchase then u are considered a second timer for your next BTO purchase and resale levy is payable for the BTO.
