I understand that we can look up for the purchase price of a property from the historical caveat lodge. Is there a way to make sure that my purchase price remains confidential and is not shown to the public after I purchase my condo? Thanks

Hi,

Yes its possible, if you choose not to lodge a caveat and have to make this known to your law firm. Do note not lodging a caveat is out of norm and has potential risks as well.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
