In your estate agency agreement signed between you and your agent, did it indicate that commission is applicable during renewal? if it is indicated applicable, then it will be applicable. Read More

    Thanks, I found the listing in Property Guru and it comes with agency fee, but I don't see term related to agent fee upon renewal in the Tenant Agreement. That's why I am not sure what would happen when I renew my contract.
