Good morning!

You don't have to observe a waiting period of 30 months to purchase a resale HDB. This is applicable for BTO/ EC purchase directly from HDB.

In fact, you can purchase a resale flat first then dispose off your landed property within 6 months from purchase completion.

Hi,

for HDB resale, you do not need to wait out the 30 month period after disposal of landed property to purchasing of HDB unit. That is only applicable if you are applying to purchase directly from HDB. That term is only applicable if you are looking at getting BTO or resale unit with housing grant or HDB loan. If you are taking bank loan, you can opt to buy first and sell later too.
