I signed such a contract with the landlord. The details are:

17.non-compliance/breach of any tenancy condition will result in immediate eviction.in the event of eviction or premature termination for whatever reason:
a.deposit shall be forfeited and
b.tenant is liable to pay rent for the remaining months as in paragraph 2 as stipulated by HDB

Now at the end of my second month, I was immediately evicted from the room by the owner because I spoke loudly to the owner twice, and at the same time was asked to continue to pay the remaining 4 months of rent.
Do I have to pay the remaining rent as required by the landlord? Does HDB really have such a regulation?
