I signed a tenancy agreement in first week of march for a whole HDB unit. My lease will be starting from the end of march. I have paid the security deposit to owner. I want to ask if I want to cancel the agreement before moving in, can I do that? What are the options?

Hi, yes you can choose not to move in anymore but your deposit will be forfeited.
