In order to qualify for HDB loan under Single Citizen Scheme, your gross income must not exceed $5k per month.

Are you at least 35 years old to be eligible under Single Singaporean Citizen scheme?

And as your income exceeds the scheme's income ceiling, I am afraid you have to apply for bank loan instead.

Afternoon Mr. Cliff,

As SC, above age of 35, you are eligible to purchase HDB unit from the resale market. However, with your income status, you will not be eligible to obtain HDB loan nor housing grant. You will gave to obtain your loan from bank.
