I’m planning to buy a resale flat under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme and my boyfriend (PR) currently owns a flat bought with his brother in 2010 under the PR Sibling Scheme. His brother married a PR last year and they now live in the flat together.

What will happen if I decide to marry my boyfriend later after buying a flat under the Single scheme?
Can I continue to own my flat whilst he continue with his current arrangement?
