Hi,

1) This is a violation of true information submission in your application.
2) It is not recommended to do such a thing as the highest penalty to this is confiscation of your HDB flat.
3) You may consider applying under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme. This is exactly the same as applying under Single Scheme.
4) Both schemes allowed you to apply for 2-rm BTO/SBF or purchasing resale HDB with a Single grant, PNG & EHG. The only difference is your spouse will be an essential occupier in your HDB flat. You will still be the only legal owner of the flat.
5) You will need your spouse's official consent in selling after MOP. Both of you also need to observe HDB rules of not owning any private property during this MOP.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

No, Single Scheme, as the name suggests, is for Singles. You are married, so you do not qualify.
