I’m buying a HDB apartment; we have done the $1000 OTP process. But the buyer is regretted these two days, and we are worry about there may be something wrong happened when we are going to do the $4000 exercise. Do you have any suggestion for us and it's better to have some previously case study. Thanks!

It would be good for your salesperson to communicate with your seller's salesperson to iron out any further issues.
