I rent out my whole unit for 1 year. Found out later agent didn't do stamping fee and did not do submission. Reason-not approved unit. Tenant refuse to go out. I want to sell my unit. Tenant even refuse to allow my agent to come in for viewing. Tenant want to sue me to get compensation. Is the Tenancy Agreement valid for court hearing? Can I get HDB to help me chase the tenant out coz for sure HDB wants me to go back to the house.
