Commonly, A property which is marketed by multiple real estate consultant fails into two scenario.

a) The owner engaged/give an exclusive agreement to a consultant and he/she will have a team to assist the owner to list the property on newspaper or other media, provided given consent by the owner.

b) "Open Listing", whereby a property is marketed by multiple agents from different agency, who the owner does not engage/give an agreement to a particular sole real estate consultant to market his/her property.

However, it is your will/choice to chose which real estate consultant who you find comfortable to work with.
