Hi,

Only owners of the property can utilize CPF OA to fund the property purchase or to pay off the home loan. To add his name, you need to engage a conveyancing firm to do the necessary to add in his name. I can get my regular conveyancing partners to assist if you need. Thanks do let me know.

Warm Regards,

Hi,

Your spouse can only utilise his CPF if he's the owner of the property. To add him as an owner, you could approach a conveyancing lawyer to "sell" a portion of your shares to him.

Do take note that the relevant stamp duties may apply.

I am experienced and well-versed in private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
