1) If your monthly income is fixed at 15k/mth, unfortunately, you are not eligible to buy brand new from HDB or EC or eligible for any grant. However, you are eligible to purchase private properties and resale HDB/EC. Hi Mr Goh, The income ceiling is applicable for buyers who intend to apply for CPF grant and take up HDB loan. Your income level is definitely above this ceiling which disqualifies you to purchase direct from HDB as well as brand new ECs, nevertheless, you are still free to purchase within the resale market. With a monthly income of more than $15k, I bet your variety of properties you are eligible for is very healthy assuming that your other financial commitments are limited.
