I purchased my hdb flat in the open market without CPF grant with a bank loan last year . Am I eligible to apply for a Executive Condo ? The HDB website only mentioned that Resale purchases with CPF grant are required for 5 year MOP.

Hi My Krishnasamy,

You mentioned that you just bought your HDB last year(2011).Meaning you have not fulfill your Minimum Occupation Period of 5years(for houses bought after 30th Aug 2010,regardless of type of loan taken).So you are not eligible to apply for Executive Condo.Thank you
