I owned a private ppty and a hdb that going to en bloc. Am I subject the ABSD for the replacement flat from hdb?

Afternoon,

Since you have private property in hand and a HDB that will be enbloc, you might be required to sell off your private property if you are interested to enjoy the perks from the enbloc. Writing into HDB to enquire about your situation might be of great importance.

Yes, checked with HDB I am entitle for the replacement flat without selling my condo. But need to fulfill 5yrs MOP . But now I am not sure with the ABSD .
