Hi Yeahhy,

Based on your first sentence, I hope i am right that your current flat was bought directly from HDB 5 years ago. You are eligible to sell it in the open market now. If you intend to purchase a resale 4-room flat or new DBSS, there is NO NEED FOR RESALE LEVY nor any penalty for 2nd-timer. However, if you will to go for new BTO, there will be a levy of $45,000 payable in cash based on your HDB 5-room type.
