Asked by
I own HDB (resale) with my mum. MOP ends Nov 2016.
My wife would like to buy condo. We have enough cash plus her CPF for 20% downpayment. She is a 'housewife'. Can the monthly allowance i give her be recognised as income for credit assessment for bank loans?
She has no property, no outstanding loans.

Hi,

Unlikely that can be recognized as income, perhaps my banking partners can assist further? Thanks.

HI there, There is a few ways we can proceed with helping her and you get a second property with min ABSD or no ABSD depending on your situation. however the process can be a bit tricky to understand. do drop me a call or e mail and we can have a more detail discussion on this process.
Thanks

Hi, unfortunately allowance will not be consider a the income. The loan eligibility will only compute base on the owner monthly salary.

To assist and advise you more in details, kindly drop me an email for me to share.

I am contactable at my mobile or email.
