Afternoon,

Did you purchased this unit with housing grant? Have you fulfilled your MOP? If you have purchased the unit with single grant, your MOP requirement is 5 years. You are definitely eligible to apply for BTO unit with your spouse but will be considered as second timer.

    Thanks! Yes fulfill MOP. But I not took single grant and I already pay off.(no more loan). I still have to sell the own flat for getting the new flat for marriage? Or if to get private condo, then I can keep my own HDB ?
