Hi;
Is your partner's name in the property? If not, then she wont be able to use her CPF to pay for your house. If she is, then she can log in to her CPF and do the payment for the unit. But please do check with your bank if they allow any partial-prepayment or not as some banks do not allow partial prepayment during the lock in period.. Hope this helps.. Cheers..

Hi,

If you like to use her CPF OA, her name needs to be included as an owner first. It may not be the best way to build the wealth through property though.

Hi,

To be able to utilize CPF to pay for the property, your partner needs to be the owner of the property.

If your partner is currently not the owner of the property, you will have to "sell" or transfer a share of the property to him/her. This will incur fees, such as stamp duties and conveyancing fee. Also, you may also be required to refinance the property after the share transfer.
