I own a Hdb unit with my husband who is a Singaporean since 2008, I am about to renounce my citizenship in Singapore, are we allowed to keep the Hdb and sublet the whole unit whilst we stay abroad?

If both of you renounce your citizenship, you have to sell off your HDB.
