Hi Desmond,

You still can own both HDB and Condo. As long as you have fulfill your 5 years MOP for the HDB, you are free to purchase a condo. You need not sell your HDB. You may apply to HDB to rent out your HDB.

The only issue when you buy your 2nd property is bank will only give you 70% loan, if you still have outstanding loan for your HDB. If you have cleared your HDB loan, then bank will offer you 80% loan.
