I own a HDB flat and planning to buy a new EC. I have the cash 5% downpayment but short of the other 15% in my cpf. Will i be able to get a bridging loan and wait till TOP to sell my current HDB flat and pay off the loan? My HDB flat will definitely have to be sold once the EC TOP.
