I own a HDB 5 room flat and recently bought a unit at Caspian. should I sell my current HDB to finance the private apartment? Woudd I still be able to sell it above valuation at this time?

Hi Lilian,

It's all depends whether you have the holding power. Or what the monthly instalment on your private condo will be once it is TOP. If you have stayed for more than 5 yrs in HDB, you can rent it out and shift to your condo. Use the rental to pay for the condo.

Regardless, should you decided to let go Caspian now at some profit, I would be glad to market it for you.
