I own a flat overseas with my parents. Can I buy a resale HDB flat? I am a SPR.

Morning PSD,
You can purchase resale HDB provided you are eligible to do so under any HDB schemes but you have to dispose any interest in private properties (be it in Singapore or overseas) within 6 months from resale completion.
