You are the essential occupier for the BTO application therefore you will be required to dispose off your existing condo, sit out for a period of 30 months before you will be eligible to apply for a BTO together with your girlfriend.

Hi DN_dwts86,

1) You will only be eligible to apply with your gf 30 months later after selling your current condo.
2) It is only if you are purchasing a resale flat then you may buy first and dispose of the current condo within 6 months.
3) Yes, you may be the occupier as long as her active income is sufficient to cover the loan.
4) You will be automatically be listed as an essential occupier once you are married. So you will not allow purchasing any private residential property during the 5 yrs MOP.

Yes. You will need to sell off your condo, then wait out for 30 months, before both of you are eligible to apply for a BTO flat. This is assuming you meet all other eligibility conditions like income ceiling etc.
