I own a 5-room HDB flat in Punggol.
I received the keys in year 2002 and do not have any outstanding loan with HDB. The combine salary is < 10k.

1. Can i buy a EC or Condo without selling my HDB flat? New or resale only?
2. What types of loan is available? Only bank loan?

Evening,

You are only eligible to purchase resale EC or condo, if you have the intention to keep your current HDB unit. The only mode of financing is through bank loan.
