I own a 5 room flat. This is my 2nd flat.

1) Resale
2) From HDB

Will i need to pay levy? if yes when? IN cash or cpf.

Secondly,

I have paid half of my purchase price. would i require refinance if i were to downgrade to a 4 room

any idea how much would my unit be fetching and would it be easy for me to sell it and buy a new flat.

pls help thanks

You do not need to pay levy. Your 2nd house should entite you a grant since it is directly from HDB.
