Dear sir/madam, You will only be able to purchase a private residential property after you have fulfilled the Minimum Occupation Period. Should you be a Singapore citizen, you will be eligible to sublet your HDB out and stay in the condo. Otherwise, you will be required to sell your HDB away after acquiring your condo for a SPR household.
