I own a 4NG HDB flat in AMK Ave 10 2nd floor, I brought it 11 years ago. I wish to get a 3room flat in Serangoon, I wonder what is the estimated cash proceed I could retain ?

Afternoon Peter,

The estimated valuation for your unit range from $380k to $400k. The estimated cash asking range from $30k to $45k, depending on your unit's condition and facing.

Dear Peter,

Thank you for your enquiry. The valuation is between $370k to $410K around Ave 10. It still depends, if your unit is at 4xx series or 5xx series. Sales Price ranges also depends on the interior, floor level and location too.
