I own a 3 room flat renovated at 20k++ 4 yrs ago at cwealth drive. I need to upgrade to at least a 3br hdb or cost effective condo with price of less than SGD 750K. Should be in the areas near MRT preferably at queenstown, clementi, bishan, toa payoh, bukit merah, city areas. I don't have much cash for large COVs. For HDB prefer 5 roomers or EMs.
