I owe a HDB flat, and intends to sell it to get a resale condo, in the west area, budget of $700 K to $600 K, Is it possible to do a contra, and how about bank loan. Hope to get a loan of about 200K. Is this possible? Thank you

Evening,

In order to proceed with your plan, you need to know how much you can sell your unit for. This will generate the amount of CPF + Interest that will be refunded to your CPF account and the amount of cash that you will get as proceed.

As for how much loan you can get, you will need to work with a banker. After looking into your credit and credit status, will they be able to advice accordingly.
