I need your advice on this. Wwhen i was single, I am a co-owner of a flat with my parents and I am still one of the co-owner even though i am married. The matrimony flat we are staying now is under my husband (co-owner) and his grandma's name. I am not a co-owner of this flat.
If my parents wanted to sell the existing flat and buy another resale flat, is it still possible for me to be one of the co-owner together with my parents?

Evening,

From what I gather, both you and your husband have become the co-owner of the individual units, prior to getting married.
With the current situation, when you sell away the unit, you will not be able to purchase another unit.

FYI.
