I need to rent a whole apartment unit on behalf of my company, with 3 bedrooms. Does the HDB rules allow this, or does HDB allow for only individuals? Any guidelines etc? Thanks!

Hi Kenneth;

Yes,you can rent under company lease(provided the company is registered in S'pore).May i know which area are you looking at?I have a 5Rm HDB for rent in Woodlands,fully furnish with air-con,can move-in immediate,prefer 2 yrs lease,walking distance to Admiralty MRT..Kindly contact me if you would be keen in this unit.Thanks
