i need to buy a 3rom flat, i m single with my mum. if my fiance who is owning a 5rm flat all paid up,he is married widow can he join and buy this 3rm with me. Becos i canot apply for loan de to some dispute in one of the bank, i m not a bankrupt,i hv bot fm the open markt twice,3rm flat and sold it two yrs back. pls let me know how i can go abt this. and also are there houses where they are under court case and allowed for others to purchase. pls help. thanks asha -

Afternoon Asha,

For you to buy a unit with your fiancé, he need to sell off his 5 room flat within 6 months from key collection, if both your financial status are good. The amount of loan available might be affect due to your credit record.
