I need clarification here.
I intended to pay for my Private Condominium using CPF for the Stamp Duty and Legal Fees.
However, my lawyer asked me to issue cheque for both Stamp Duty and Legal Fees (which I forgot to write CVY at the end as I felt very stressed).
Also, I feel that my buyer agent is not doing much for me. She wasn't there for the legal signing. She only issued an OTP which was standard form from her company, and she didn't even request for items I asked from seller. Just keep saying negotiated for best price which was way over what I indicated as my willing to pay price, and over my affordability price too, so I end up having to take higher loan.
Just pressure me to pay initial 1% deposit for OTP then to clear 4% OTP within time period. Seller Agent is also from same company.
I find I am agreeing to all Seller's demands like having to issue a cashier's order each time, when I have cheque book, and asking for extended stay etc.
Should I be worried?
