I need agent and private banker to help me on HDB loan.
I am SPR under undischarge bankruptcy status(will discharge next yr Oct 2020). I am 39yrs old and my daughter 18yrs old. I want to buy a HDB house ard $450k+- HDB. My monthly salary $3800. Cash on hand $45k+- and CPF OA acc has $65k+-. How much cash I need to pay upfront, down payment and all the misc fees? I’m ready to buy any time from now. Hope can find a good agent and banker.
